인간사회는 서로 관계에서 연결되어 존재하며 내면에는 수많은 사회적 감정 관계가 있다.
線은 감정을 고스란히 전달하는 힘이 있다,
구김 작업은 종이라는 평면 공간에서 조형적으로 형성된 사물에 감정을 이입시켜 구겨진 감정의 선들과 끊임없이 대화하며 사물을 보는 시선과 관점에 감정을 표현한다. 구김은 감정 기억들을 간직하면서 마음의 線들로 자신의 본성을 탐색하고 끊임없이 재 구성 한다.
현재까지 작업하고 있는 구김 작업은 인간의 원초적인 감정의 대한 간극과 일상을 바라보는 시간의 시각을 표현했다.
내면에서 얻어지는 drawing image에 감정의 선을 이입시켜 무의식의 감정은 하나의 線들로 중첩되어 살아가면서 교감하고 공존하는 삶의 조각들로 만들어 간다.
구겨진 공간과 線위에 각기 다른 색의 시각으로 감정은 표현되고 색과 중첩 행위로 이어져 추상적 형상으로 표현됬다.
작품에서 종이는 일상의 시간이며 선은 그 시간 속 감정과 관계적 존재 속에 우리는 느끼지 못했던 새로운 감정과 공존하며 살아간다.
감정은 같은 대상이라도 수 없는 변화를 느낀다.
구김 작업을 통해 Canvas 안에 공간에서 내면적 감정 이야기를 자유롭게 표현하였다.
